Product Owner – Fusion Data Intelligence & Oracle Analytics Cloud

Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours)
Duration: 18–24 months 

Job Summary:
Our regional banking client has recently completed a major Oracle Cloud transformation, including the implementation of EPMS systems and a ledger revamp. We are seeking a skilled Product Owner or Data Analytics Leader with Fusion Data Intelligence & Oracle Analytics Cloud experience as they transition from build to production. This role will drive the design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions that support enterprise-wide analytics and reporting needs, particularly in Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Fusion Data Intelligence and OAC.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology to gather requirements and translate them into actionable stories and specifications.
• Lead the design and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and data models that enable business decision-making.
• Ensure data integration and alignment across Oracle ERP and EPM systems.
• Prioritize features and coordinate with development teams for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and data quality, driving continuous improvement.
• Support UAT, user training, and documentation.
• Stay current on Oracle updates and data analytics best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in product ownership, analytics, or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence, and Oracle ERP/EPM.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and KPIs.
• Experience in Agile environments (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
