Location: 100% Remote (EST hours)
Travel: Once a month

Job Summary:
Seeking a delivery-focused program manager with wealth/trust domain expertise who can connect strategy to execution, establish governance for the next phase, and partner closely with both business and technology teams. This role sits in technology. 

Must?Have Skills & Experience

• Understands both big?picture strategy and hands?on execution
• Ability to create an integrated project plan
• Ability to maintain a RAID log
• Can roll up details from project managers into program?level reporting
• Wealth/Trust domain experience in Envestnet, Pershing, or Global Plus
• Ability to guide and support other PMs
• Strong relationship?building skills
• Able to enforce decisions when needed (“strong spine”)
• Comfortable stepping into and stabilizing “yellow” projects
• Strong governance experience
• Heavy Excel usage for tracking and governance (MS Project and Jira are nice?to?haves)

Top Responsibilities

• Structure and manage program governance for the next phase
• Establish executive review, steering committee structure, and escalation processes
• Guide other PMs, including business?side PMs
• Maintain a RAID log
• Create the integrated program plan
• Produce program?level reporting based on inputs from project managers
