Location: Cleveland, Buffalo – Onsite 2 days/week

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale credit card conversion initiative within the Technology organization. This role will lead requirements elicitation, process mapping, and validation activities for a complex, high visibility integration and conversion effort. We are looking for individuals who can speak to their large integration or conversion expertise in detail including contributions on the technology side, not just the business. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable driving deliverables in a waterfall environment under tight timelines.

Must-Have Requirements

• Senior Business Analyst experience on large integration or conversion programs (end-to-end), with the ability to independently lead requirements elicitation.
• Must be able to speak to integrations, APIs, and technical terminology, not only the business or operations side of it.
• Banking experience (required); credit card domain experience is a strong plus.
• Must be able to speak to integrations, APIs, and technical terminology – this person should fully understand the end to end lifecycle of an implementation or migration project 
• Strong process mapping skills using Miro, Draw.io, Visio, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of validation scripts and ability to execute them effectively.
• Highly proactive, analytical, and able to work through ambiguity on your own while performing under pressure.
• Prior experience and comfort in waterfall delivery environment.

Nice to Have

• Credit card experience.

Top 3–5 Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, including workshops and detailed discussions with business and technology stakeholders; act as a primary liaison (role sits in Technology).
• Support documentation, gap identification, and end-to-end traceability across the conversion effort.
• Create detailed process maps and workflow visuals using Draw.io, Miro, PowerPoint, or other tools as needed.
• Perform data mapping to support the product-to-product conversion effort.
• Coordinate business validation meetings, manage validation scripts, and ensure proper execution.
