Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, hands?on Project Manager to support a large?scale transformation initiative replacing legacy profitability systems with Oracle Profitability solutions. This role will be responsible for driving execution across Management Reporting and Integration workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, strong governance, and clear decision?making in a fast?paced environment.
This role sits within the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) and partners closely with Finance (FP&A), Technology, and a systems integrator.
Role Details
Location: 100% Remote (must work EST hours; travel approximately every other month)
Duration: Through Q1 2027 (potential extension through Q2 2027)
Sponsorship / Sub?Vendors: Not permitted
Top Responsibilities
- Lead end?to?end delivery for Management Reporting and Integration workstreams (PACS, FDI, Reporting Cubes, FTP, Proforma).
- Coordinate across Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and enforce governance standards.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues to avoid delivery delays.
- Provide clear, concise, and consistent status reporting to senior leadership; drive decisions and eliminate delivery “swirl.”
Must?Have Qualifications
- Seasoned, hands?on Project Manager with a proven ability to drive execution, maintain structure, and enforce governance.
- Oracle Financials Profitability experience with a strong understanding of how profitability, GL, and reporting work together. Prior experience managing reporting across one or more of the following is required:
- PACS
- FDI
- FSDF
- DFCS
- Reporting Cubes
- Financial integrations (FTP, Proforma)
- Banking / Financial Services industry experience.
- Experience using 1–2 of the following tools: Jira, MS Planner, Power Apps, Power BI.
- Soft Skills / Leadership Expectations:
- Highly decisive; no passive program management
- Organized, assertive, and able to keep cross?functional teams on task
- Comfortable operating under strict timelines; missed deadlines are not acceptable
- Proactively raises risks and communicates clearly
- Demonstrates sound judgment and objective decision?making

- Ability to actively participate in integration design and delivery, not just manage timelines and status reporting.
