ServiceNow ATF Automation Engineer

We are seeking a hands on ServiceNow Automation Engineer to support and mature our QA function with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and integration testing. This role will help balance a currently manual heavy environment into an effective 50/50 manual and automation testing model.
The ideal candidate has strong ITSM experience, solid automation skills using ATF, and hands on experience validating ServiceNow integrations using APIs, with Postman preferred. This role also includes coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
 

Required

• Hands on experience as a ServiceNow QA / Automation Engineer

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)

• ITSM experience required (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Catalog)

• Experience validating ServiceNow integrations via APIs

• Experience using Postman (or similar API tools)

• Comfort working in a fast paced Agile/Scrum environment

• Strong communication skills and a mentoring mindset

Nice to Have

• ITOM experience (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management)

• Upgrade testing experience

• CI/CD exposure

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, CAD)
