Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our banking client’s Credit Card team supporting the Cobrand credit card portfolio. Due to increased project volume and a growing pipeline of new initiatives and enhancements, this role will play a key part in driving business analysis activities across strategic and operational projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, operations, and technology teams to identify business needs, gather and document requirements, evaluate solutions, and support initiatives from discovery through delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Build organizational frameworks and facilitate requirements elicitation workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Identify, analyze, and thoroughly document business problems, opportunities, and proposed solutions.
• Support strategic and business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives within the Co-Brand Credit Card portfolio.
• Provide analytical and project support for initiatives while ensuring alignment with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business partners, product teams, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Prepare business documentation, process flows, use cases, requirements, and other project artifacts.
• Assist with feasibility assessments, impact analyses, and prioritization discussions.
• Utilize Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications to manage documentation, workflows, project tracking, and collaboration.
• Support Agile teams throughout the project lifecycle, including backlog refinement and requirements management.
• Ensure thorough documentation is maintained and updated throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience within banking, financial services, or related industries.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working within Agile environments and Agile delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • SharePoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to drive conversations, ask probing questions, and uncover underlying business needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Credit card industry experience, particularly within a co-brand credit card environment.
• Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Certified Agile Analyst, or similar).
• Experience supporting large-scale portfolio initiatives, enhancements, or business transformations.
