Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join a growing team supporting a large cobrand credit card portfolio. This role is being added due to increased demand and a growing number of initiatives. The team is currently comprised of four members and is responsible for delivering new capabilities, enhancements, and strategic initiatives across the credit card portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong banking and financial services experience, a product mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives from discovery through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the cobrand credit card product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Gather customer and user insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize product features and backlog items.
  • Lead products through the discovery phase and partner with stakeholders to assess business value and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and delivery teams.
  • Monitor product performance, communicate progress, and provide status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Create detailed requirements, document processes, and facilitate decision-making across various levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or related business/product experience.
  • Banking and financial services industry experience.
  • Proven experience defining product roadmaps, gathering customer insights, prioritizing backlogs, and driving products through discovery.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to ask thoughtful questions, drive conversations, and uncover business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial planning, financial modeling, and cost-benefit analysis to support product investment decisions.
  • Credit card experience, particularly within cobrand card programs.
  • Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, Agile Product Owner, or equivalent).
